Word Media Group Inc.

Word Media Group Inc. is a federally registered not-for-profit organization with a mandate to preserve Canada's Black music heritage for the benefit of present and future generations. We intend to do so by working with cultural heritage organizations, experts, scholars and the public involved in the acquisition, preservation, and celebration of Black music history. Word Media Group is also committed to providing education and upskilling opportunities,  including media and digital literacy training, utilizing music and the arts.
