The digital Canada Black Music Archives (CBMA) will become part of our continuing memory as Canadians. The CBMA will contain a variety of Black music genres and artists – both collectively and individually, stretching from the 19th century to the 21st century.
If these accomplishments are not recorded, promoted and preserved for current and future generations, they will disappear. We welcome the support of sponsors, partners, collaborators and volunteers in order to make this digital archive sustainable, visible and accessible online for years to come.
